    失眠 教你中医辨证食疗

      晚上睡不着觉很折磨人,尝试各种能改善睡眠的方式,越求越难。别忧心,郑州市中医院中医内科学博士李振华教你中医辨证,通过食疗,一觉到天亮。
      症状老做梦,睡不踏实营气不足型,睡觉时整晚都似睡非睡,白天精神不振、健忘、注意力不集中,有时会出现心慌。应以养血安神为主,多食补血的东西,如大枣、阿胶等。百麦安神饮,做法为取小麦、百合、莲子肉、大枣适量,一起炖服。连炖两次,取汁,随时都能喝。
      症状入睡困难
      肝郁气滞型,有时胸胁有胀痛感。以疏肝解郁为主,多吃小米、牛奶、牡蛎肉、龙眼肉等。注意调养精神,消除顾虑及紧张情绪。睡前最好用热水泡泡脚。
      症状醒得早,但醒了又睡,迷迷糊糊到天亮
      营血蕴热型,常伴有咽干、口干、长痤疮、盗汗的症状。可按摩内关(三个手指压住手腕,最里面的中心点)、神门(腕关节手掌侧,尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧凹陷处)、后溪(第五掌指关节尺侧后方)等穴位。多吃藕、槐花、绿豆、薏苡仁、冰糖柚等,用生地黄和冰糖泡水代茶饮也有很好的效果。
      症状整晚睡不着
      心肝火旺型,多由恼怒烦闷而生。急躁易怒、目赤口苦、大便干结、舌红苔黄。以清热泻火为主。神经衰弱、心悸、失眠、多梦、黑眼圈的女性,可服食酸枣仁粥。做法:将酸枣仁50克捣碎后取汁,粳米100克加汁煮成粥,每晚睡前食用,可养心、安神、敛汗。也可用玫瑰泡水喝。
      症状睡得不沉,感觉醒着多因身体虚,肾阴耗竭,心火独亢,表现为心烦不寐,要从肾调起。黑色食物可补肾,黑米、黑花生、黑豆、黑芝麻、枸杞、山药、首乌等,也可用艾灸的方法补肾,肾俞、命门、太溪、神阙、关元,只要坚持都会有很好的效果。
      最后,李振华提醒,8小时睡眠时间是成人睡眠的平均数,因人而异,有人睡10小时才够,有人睡6小时就够了。睡多长时间不重要,第二天精力恢复就够了。如果前一天熬夜没睡够,第二天按时睡觉就好,不需要补觉。
