回车镇屈原岗村：贫困劳动力变身生态护林员

　　河南县域经济网南阳讯：（孙喜增通讯员雷烽沈程豪）日前，为落实关于“利用生态补偿和生态保护工程资金使当地有劳动能力的部分贫困人口转化为护林员等生态保护人员”的要求，按照镇党委政府的部署，回车镇屈原岗村召开建档立卡贫困户关于申报“生态护林员签订仪式”座谈会。按照现场报名、提交申请书并签名、审核评定、名单公示、签订管护劳务协议、报林业部门备案聘用等程序，逐一耐心细致的做讲解。

　　大家纷纷表示政策真是好，想不到咱们贫困户还能当上护林员。相信将有劳动能力的部分建档立卡贫困人口转化为生态护林员的举措一定能充分发挥生态补偿和生态保护工程资金助推精准扶贫的作用，保护现有森林资源，带动一户脱贫，实现保护森林生态资源和精准扶贫共同推进。
