2月8日，中国银保监会网站公布了厦门银保监局行政处罚信息公开表显示，富邦财产保险有限公司（以下简称“富邦财险”）因拒绝和拖延承保车辆交强险，厦门银保监局依据《中华人民共和国保险法》第一百六十一条、第一百七十一条，对富邦财险处以罚款十五万元；对贺新梅给予警告，并处罚款五万元。公司和个人合计被罚20万元。
